Men’s Football Team of Adamson University had been defeated against De La Salle Green Archer on the score 1-2 held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium last March 8, 2020.

However, the game still became a threat to the De La Salle Green Archers as the Soaring Falcons became poised in the 52-minute mark of Franck Anoh from the opponent.

Head coach Joplong Brillantes believed that the Adamson ‘booters’ currently on its way towards more victories in the UAAP Men’s Football Tournament despite of the 0-2 record.

“After nung game natin against UE, talaga na low morale ang mga players natin. Pero sa the way na pinakita nila ngayon sa totoo lang sobrang saya ko dahil kahit bata sila lumalaban sila sa Lasalle na finalist nga last season,” said Head Coach Joplong Brillantes.

According to the source (The Adamson Chronicle), on the 31st minute of game, the Adamson University team conquest against the opponent through corner kicks of Dexter Casing versus Bryce Rabino.

“The way na pinuntahan (ng team), maganda naman. At least ngayon nakikita na hindi na talunan yung Adamson, lumalaban na,” Head Coach Brillantes added.

The game with 30 minutes remaining, the Green Archers’ sophomore winger, Mikio Umilin, wrapped off the game on second point that took down the Soaring Falcon Team.

Due to the continuously widespread of COVID19 around the world, many events are withdrawn and call off – including the Adamson University vs. National University Football match which expected to be held on March 20. As the State of Public Health Emergency advised, the whole UAAP Season 82 game schedules were cancelled.
